Resumen

El presente tiene el objetivo de contribuir a la reflexión necesaria ante la preocupación mundial de los impactos negativos en el planeta, asi como los que provocan los modelos de desarrollo imperantes que amenazan la existencia de la especie humana. Con relación a esto se desarrollaron métodos y procedimientos de búsqueda bibliográfica, consultas y talleres de tormentas de ideas para profundizar en el pensamiento martiano relacionado a este contexto de suma gravedad y que mantiene su vigencia en la problemática ambiental contemporánea. Conclusivamente el análisis desarrollado constituye un elemento medular en la búsqueda de alternativas a la racionalidad capitalista, al modelo neoliberal como única vía de supervivencia ante la lógica autodestructiva impuesta por el capitalismo globalizado, lo que refleja a Martí como el más universal de los cubanos y un faro insustituible.

Martí and the environmental problematical contemporary

Abstract

The present has the objective of contributing to the necessary reflection in the face of global concern about the negative impacts on the planet, as well as those caused by the prevailing development models that threaten the existence of the human species. In relation to this, bibliographic search methods and procedures, consultations and brainstorming workshops were developed to deepen the thought of Marti related to this extremely serious context and which remains valid in contemporary environmental problems. Conclusively, the analysis developed constitutes a core element in the search for alternatives to capitalist rationality, to the neoliberal model as the only way to survive in the face of the self-destructive logic imposed by globalized capitalism, which reflects Martí as the most universal of Cubans and an irreplaceable headlight.
