Resumen

Los puntos geomagnéticos de variación secular nos permiten el conocimiento del comportamiento de las distintas componentes geomagnéticas y poder aplicar los mismos a distintas tareas de la economía del país por lo que es importante su conservación en el tiempo. La salvaguarda de los mismos permitirá garantizar no solo físicamente su existencia, sino también crear desde el punto de vista legal en el futuro la implementación de un instrumento jurídico que permita proteger y mantenerlos; sin tener que realizar nuevas inversiones por causa acciones antrópicas irracionales, y por fenómenos meteorológicos extremos o los efectos del cambio climático.

Feasibility of guaranteeing security and protection in the network of geomagnetic points of Secular Variation in the Cuban territory

Abstract

Geomagnetic secular variation points allow us the knowledge of the behavior of the component different geomagnetic and power to apply the same ones to different tasks of the economy of the country for what is important their conservation in time. The safeguard of the same ones will allow to not guarantee alone physically it existence, but also to create from the legal point of view in the future the implementation of a juridical instrument that allows to protect and to maintain them; without having to carry out new investments for cause you work irrational anthropic, and for extreme meteorological phenomena or the effects of the climatic change.
